Glow Girls Club CIC, founded in 2025, is a community interest company dedicated to empowering girls and young women aged 11–21. Based in Beckenham, with reach across London and a growing national online presence, we create safe spaces where girls can learn, grow, and thrive.
Our mission is simple — to provide mentoring, skills-building opportunities, and wellbeing support that help young women succeed in education, employment, and personal life.
All profits are reinvested back into the community, ensuring lasting social impact under our asset lock commitment.
Founder & Leadership
Glow Girls Club CIC is led by Shamayne, a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment with over 10 years of experience in:
- Project management
- Business analysis
- Contact centre leadership
Community and youth mentoring
Before founding Glow Girls Club, she launched a women’s empowerment initiative in Zimbabwe, supporting individuals with CV writing, employment guidance, housing advice, and wellbeing coaching.
Her diverse background spans healthcare, leisure, electrotechnical, and corporate sectors, where she has consistently mentored women and young people to unlock their potential.
