Glow Girls Club CIC delivers programmes through:
Weekly Term-Time Workshops: After-school clubs offering homework support,
GCSE preparation, life skills, and confidence-building.
• Holiday & Half-Term Intensives: Extended workshops including leadership labs,
creative arts, career days, and sports tasters.
• Digital Mentoring: Weekly online sessions for 18–21-year-olds covering
employability, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.
• Peer Mentoring Model: Older girls guide younger ones through transitions (e.g.
Year 6–7, GCSEs, post-16 options), creating a self-sustaining empowerment cycle.
Programme strands include:
• Academic support and study skills.
• Career readiness (CV writing, UCAS, apprenticeships).
• Financial empowerment (budgeting, saving, investing).
• Creative and cultural expression (hair art, design, media).
• Mental health and wellbeing (confidence, resilience, healthy relationships).
